Safety precautions for forging production
It is strictly forbidden to remove the oxide skin on the anvil surface directly by hand or foot, and when using compressed air to blow the oxide skin, the opposite side must not stand in. Before the hammer head stops, it is strictly forbidden to put any part of the body under the hammer head to pick up or place workpieces or tools. When replacing the tooling, moulds or when the hammer is stuck and the forging is stuck to the dolly, the power source should be cut off and the support added before work can be carried out. It is strictly forbidden to forge billets that are over-burned and below the final forging temperature, in order to avoid forging cracks and flying out and injuring people. No hot forgings or tools should be placed on the channel. Ring forgings should be placed in a designated place and should not be stacked too high. Before starting work, forging workers must wear the prescribed labour protection equipment and wear them according to the prescribed standards.

Ring forging applications
The application areas of ring forgings are. Diesel engine ring forgings: a kind of diesel engine forgings, diesel engine diesel engine diesel engine is a kind of power machinery, it is often used for engines. To large diesel engine, for example, the forgings used are cylinder head, main journal, crankshaft end flange output end shaft, connecting rod, piston rod, piston head, crosshead pin shaft, crankshaft drive gear, gear ring, intermediate gear and dye oil pump body and more than ten kinds.

What are ring forgings
Ring forgings are a product of the forging industry, a type of forging. It is a ring-shaped object in which an external force is applied to a metal blank (without plates) and shaped by plastic deformation into a suitable compression force as required. This force is typically achieved through the use of a hammer or pressure. The forging process builds delicate grain structures and improves the physical properties of the metal. Ring forgings are found everywhere in everyday life and are an industrial product.
What is a dolly
Depending on the movement of the forging die, forging can be divided into pendulum rolling, pendulum swivelling, roll forging, wedge rolling, ring rolling and slant rolling. Pendulum rolling, pendulum swivelling and ring rolling can also be used for finishing forging. In order to improve the utilisation of material, roll forging and cross rolling can be used as a pre-process for slender materials. Rotary forging, like free forging, is also partial forming and has the advantage that it can be formed with less forging force compared to the size of the forged part. In this type of forging, including free forging, the material expands from the vicinity of the die face to the free surface during processing, so it is difficult to ensure accuracy. Therefore, the direction of movement of the forging die and the rotary forging process are controlled by computer, so that products with complex shapes and high accuracy can be obtained with lower forging forces, for example, the production of forgings such as turbine blades with many varieties and large sizes.
Forging categories
According to the forming mechanism, forging can be divided into free forging, die forging, lapping ring, special forging
